Technical & schema
This is the layer that decides whether Google shows your recipe as a rich card with a photo, rating and cook time, or as a plain blue link. Most food blogs have partial schema — the plugin filled in what it could and nobody has checked since.
What we do: full schema audit across every recipe and post, fill in missing required and recommended fields, fix conflicts between your recipe plugin and your theme, resolve validation errors in Search Console, and compress the image weight that's dragging your mobile scores.
What you see: a prep list with a line item per fix and a count. You approve the batch, we run it.
On a 2,000-post archive we usually find between 200 and 600 schema-level items. Most are one-line fixes. That's the work nobody does because it's boring, not because it's hard.
Content ops
Your archive is your biggest asset and it's quietly decaying. Posts that ranked in position three in 2021 drift to eight, then to fifteen, and nobody notices because the drop is spread across hundreds of URLs.
What we do: track position changes across your whole archive, flag the posts losing ground fastest, identify which are worth updating versus consolidating versus leaving alone, rebuild internal links so your strongest pages support your weakest, and resolve cannibalization where two of your posts compete for the same term.
What you get: update briefs — what to change, which sections to expand, what the posts beating you are covering. You write it or your writer does. We don't write recipes.
Gap analysis
What your readers are searching for that you haven't made yet, surfaced early enough to shoot and publish before the season peaks.
What we do: map your coverage against demand, flag seasonal terms 8–12 weeks ahead, identify where competing sites have depth you don't, and track whether AI assistants cite you when someone asks a question your archive answers.
What you decide: everything. We hand you a ranked list. You know your audience and your kitchen better than any tool does.
Social & distribution
Pinterest scheduling and fresh pin generation, short-form video cuts from existing footage, and newsletter sequencing off your publishing calendar.
