Terms of Service

Draft structure for review. Not legal advice.

This is a draft skeleton, not a finished contract. Have an attorney review every section before anyone signs or pays.

1. Scope of services

Which stations are included and what implementation covers. Explicitly excluded: recipe creation, photography, and content writing. We analyse and implement; you create.

2. Client approval and publishing

No change is published to a client site without documented approval. This section defines how approval is given, how it is recorded, and what happens if approval is not given within a set window.

3. Access and credentials

What access is required, how credentials are stored, and the client’s right to revoke access at any time without notice.

4. Ownership

The client owns all content, schema, and configuration produced on their property. The provider retains ownership of its agents, prompts, and underlying methods.

5. No guarantee of results

Search rankings depend on third-party algorithms outside anyone’s control. No specific outcome, ranking, or traffic level is promised.

6. Fees and term

The initial fee covers the first two months of service. The recurring monthly fee begins thereafter. This section sets out the billing method, renewal, and the notice required to cancel.

7. Pre-purchase of services not yet available

Where a service is sold before it is available, this section states the date by which it will be delivered, the client’s right to a full refund of the initial fee if that date is missed, what the client receives in the interim, and who bears payment processing fees on a refund.

8. Limitation of liability

Liability is capped at the fees paid. Because the provider’s systems operate on client property at volume, this section defines the boundaries of responsibility for both parties.

9. Termination

How either party ends the agreement, what happens to work in progress, and what the client retains on exit.
