This Privacy Policy explains what information BlogPrep (“BlogPrep,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to blogprep.com and the services we provide through it.

BlogPrep is operated by JLM Decker Investments LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@blogprep.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you request a free prep list, book a call, buy a service, or contact us, we collect the details you provide. That typically includes your name, email address, the URL of your blog, and anything you write in a message or form field.

Payment information. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Whop. Your card details are entered on and handled by Whop, not stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of a completed purchase and the associated order details, not your full card number.

Scheduling information. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email, and the time you select so we can meet with you.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our providers automatically collect standard usage data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and analytics below).

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• run the audit and deliver the prep list, report, or service you requested;
• respond to your enquiries and schedule and hold calls;
• process purchases and provide customer support;
• send you materials you asked for and, where permitted, occasional updates about BlogPrep (you can opt out of marketing email at any time);
• operate, secure, and improve the site.

We rely on your consent for marketing email, on the performance of our agreement with you to deliver services you buy, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the business for the rest.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who operate the business on our behalf, including our website host, payment processor (Whop), scheduling tool (Calendly), email/marketing platform, and analytics provider. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Legal and safety recipients, where we are required to disclose information by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
• A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick the text message box on one of our forms, we use your mobile number only to send the texts you asked for, such as reminders and the join link for a live training you registered for. Texting is optional and is never a condition of registering or buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The service providers listed above only process this information to deliver the messages for us.

Client data and site access

When you engage BlogPrep for a paid service, you may grant us access to your website so we can implement approved changes. We treat that access and any credentials as confidential, use them only to perform the work you approved, and you may revoke access at any time. Content, schema, and configuration produced on your site belong to you. This is covered further in our Terms of Service.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Our analytics provider helps us measure traffic and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. Where required, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these, email us at info@blogprep.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the site from another country, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be posted on this page.
